We process and ship orders as quickly as possible while maintaining the quality and care our products require.

Processing Times

Non-Personalized Orders
Orders that do not include engraving or personalization are processed and shipped the following business day after the order is placed.

Personalized / Engraved Orders
Orders that include engraving or personalization are custom-made and are processed and shipped within 2 business days following the date of purchase.

Business days do not include weekends or major holidays.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Locations

At this time, we ship to addresses within the United States only.

Holiday & Peak-Season Shipping

During peak seasons, promotional events, or holidays, processing and shipping times may be extended due to increased order volume. While we make every effort to meet our stated timelines, shipping delays may occur during these periods.

We encourage customers ordering for a specific date, holiday, or event to place their order early to allow sufficient processing and transit time.

Delays & Exceptions

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Birdie Clip is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances beyond our control.
